Partnering for Student Success
Parent-Teacher Conferences are an important opportunity for students, families, and teachers to come together, celebrate progress, and identify what each student needs to succeed in Quarter 2 and finish the semester strong. Our goal is 100% family participation because meaningful family engagement is essential to student success.

Before You Arrive
- Select one available appointment time.
- Plan for your student to attend in uniform.
- Bring any questions about progress or next steps.
During the Conference
- Celebrate your student’s growth.
- Review academic progress together.
- Agree on clear goals for Quarter 2.
Important: Conferences are student-led, so your student must attend with you. If your student is not present, you will be asked to wait until they arrive or select another available appointment time.
