Q. What grades will the Great Hearts Roosevelt serve?

A.

Great Hearts Roosevelt will open Fall 2022 to serve students in grades K-8 and will grow by one grade level each year until it serves grades K-12.

Q. Will Great Hearts Roosevelt accept early Kindergarten students?

A.

Not at this time. Incoming Kinder students must turn 5 years old by August 31, 2022.

Q. Will current Archway Trivium East (ATE) students need to reapply to attend Great Hearts Roosevelt?

A.

No. Current ATE students grades K-5 wishing to attend Great Hearts Roosevelt will submit Re-Enrollment paperwork during Re-Enrollment.

Q. My ATE 5th grader wants to attend Trivium Prep (TVP) next year. Do they receive a priority status?

A.

Yes. Simply submit an application for TVP for 6th grade during Open Enrollment. Their application will receive Archway Graduate priority status.

Q. I want to move my ATE enrolled student to Archway Trivium West (ATW) next year.

A.

Okay. You will need to submit an Archway Trivium East Transfer Priority Form to ATW front office during Rollover or Open Enrollment.

Q. I want to move my ATE waitlisted student to the ATW waitlist.

A.

If your student will be in grades 1-5 in 2022-23 and they are currently on the ATE waitlist with a submission date of 8/15/2021 or earlier, you may rollover your application for the 2022-23 school year during Rollover. In doing so, your application will be placed ahead of any new non-priority applications submitted during Open Enrollment.

If you are not eligible to rollover your application, you will need to apply to ATW during Open Enrollment. You will then receive a one-time Archway Trivium East Transfer priority status after submission and approval of the Transfer Form to the ATW front office, which will only apply for 2022-2023 enrollment. While this priority status does not guarantee your student(s) a spot, it gives them a higher chance of receiving an offer.

Q. Will ATE students who are on waiting lists for other Great Hearts academies be given a higher priority status for the 2022-23 school year because of ATE’s move?

A.

No. Current ATE students will receive the same priority they would normally receive as a transfer student to another Great Hearts academy.

Q. Will ATW students be able to transfer to Great Hearts Roosevelt for the 2022-23 school year?

A.

Yes. Please submit an application to Great Hearts Roosevelt during Open Enrollment, then submit a Transfer Form to the ATE front office. Your student will receive Transfer Priority status.

Q. I have a TVP and an ATE student. I want them to both attend Great Hearts Roosevelt next school year.

A.

For the TVP student you must submit an application to Great Hearts Roosevelt during Open Enrollment and submit a Transfer Form to the ATE front office. This student will receive Transfer priority. For the ATE student you will submit Re-Enrollment paperwork during Re-Enrollment.

Q. My rising 7th grade student at TVP wants to move to Great Hearts Roosevelt for 2022-23. Will they receive a priority status?

A.

Yes. They will receive a normal Transfer priority status. You will need to submit an application during Open Enrollment and submit a Transfer Form to the ATE front office.

Q. I already started the process of transferring my student(s) to ATW, but I want to keep them at ATE so they can attend Great Hearts Roosevelt. How do I cancel the transfer?

A.

Please contact the ATE front office to discuss options and cancel the transfer application(s).

Q. My student currently attends a Great Hearts academy (other than ATE). May they transfer to Great Hearts Roosevelt for the 2022-23 school year?

A.

Yes. All Great Hearts students, including students enrolled in Great Hearts Online, may apply during Open Enrollment. If they meet the requirements of the Transfer Priority Policy their application will receive Transfer status. While this does not guarantee an offer, it increases their chance of acceptance.

Q. Who may I speak with about Great Hearts’ transfer policies?

A.

Information about Great Hearts’ enrollment and transfer process is available on the Great Hearts website under Transfer Requests. You may also reach out to Great Hearts’ Enrollment Team at ghenrollment@greatheartsaz. org, or to your school leadership team with any questions.
